By registering, accessing, or participating in the National Franchise Investment Summit (NFIS) through our website (https://nationalfranchiseinvestmentsummit.com) or at physical exhibition venues, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Exhibition & Summit Participation
NFIS organizes curated franchise summits connecting brands and investors. Exhibitor packages, booth allocations, and round-table sessions are subject to verification and approval by the NFIS steering committee.
- All brands must provide authentic, verifiable company details and franchise disclosures.
- Exhibitor booth allocations are strictly confirmed upon receipt of designated fees and written confirmation.
- NFIS reserves the right to decline or reallocate participation to maintain sector balance and quality standards.
3. Investment Disclaimers & Independent Due Diligence
NFIS serves as a discovery and networking platform. Information provided on the platform or during summit events regarding investment budgets, ROI projections, or franchise terms is provided directly by respective franchisors.
Investors and franchisees are strongly advised to conduct independent legal, financial, and operational due diligence before executing commercial contracts or transferring funds. NFIS does not guarantee investment returns or franchise performance.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, service marks, content, editorial articles, and design assets published on the NFIS website are the property of NFIS, Indo Global Trade Fair, or respective brand owners. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
